V3.1 works well

Got the BoardUp V3.1. It folds easily. Ride is good. Shipping was okay, took 5 days to get here. No major complaints.

Reliable choice, as always

This was my third purchase from BoardUp, this time I got the BoardUp Electric Longboard. My previous V3 has been a workhorse, so I trusted them for an electric version. Delivery was consistent with past orders, arrived in about a week. The electric board performs well, good speed and battery life as advertised. It's definitely heavier than my V3, which is expected for an e-board, but it still folds up nicely. I had a minor issue with the charger port feeling a bit loose after a few uses on my last BoardUp, but this new one seems fine so far. They're consistently good for commuter boards.

Good Board, Slow Support

I bought the BoardUp V3.1 Self-Folding Longboard. The board itself is great, very portable for my commute and the ride quality is better than expected. It folds easily. Shipping took about 6 days, which was okay. I had a question about adjusting the trucks and customer service took almost 3 days to respond to my email, which was a bit frustrating. Overall a solid purchase.

Decent portable board for travel

I ordered the BoardUp Classic a few weeks ago for a trip. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found what I needed quickly. It arrived in about 5 business days to my address in California, well-packaged and intact. The folding mechanism worked smoothly right out of the box, which was my main concern. I used it to get around a new city and it fit perfectly in the overhead compartment on the plane when I put it in the BoardUp Carry Bag I also bought. The ride was stable enough for city streets, though the wheels felt a little hard on rougher pavement. I appreciated the user manual too, it had some good tips. It's definitely better than a Penny board for actual travel, much more substantial. Had a small scuff on the grip tape when it arrived, but nothing major.

Love my new board!

Got the BoardUp V3.1 Self-Folding Longboard and it's awesome! It folds so easily and fits in my locker. The ride is super smooth. I use it every day for campus. Best purchase ever!

Reliable board, consistent quality

This is my third purchase from BoardUp, and I picked up the BoardUp Backpack this time. As usual, the quality is good, similar to the other accessories I've bought. It fits my V3.1 perfectly, with some extra room for my stuff. I've always found their products to be reliable and consistent. My only small gripe is that the zipper on one of the side pockets feels a bit stiff compared to the main compartment, but it's not a big deal. They always deliver what they promise.

Good longboard, tricky customer service

I ordered the BoardUp V3.1 Self-Folding Longboard a few weeks ago for my commute. The folding mechanism is really neat and it rides smoothly, much better than I expected for a foldable board. It fits under my desk which is a huge plus. My only real issue was with customer service; I had a question about tracking and it took a few days to get a response, which was a bit frustrating. The board itself is solid though, feels well-built and sturdy for daily use.

Pretty cool board

So I finally got myself a BoardUp Classic and it's pretty cool. I was a bit worried about the folding part, like if it would feel weird when riding, but honestly, it feels just like a regular longboard. I've been taking it to work and it's so much easier to carry around than my old board. The only thing is, I wish they had more color options for the deck. Mine is just plain black, which is fine, but a little boring. Still, super happy with it overall, makes my commute way better.
